Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing www.peapod.lol or enrolling in MY PEA POD LLC programs, you agree to these terms.

2. Programs

Pea Pods early childhood programs are operated by MY PEA POD LLC. Specific program terms, schedules, fees, and policies are provided at enrollment.

3. Enrollment

Enrollment is subject to availability and completion of required forms including health and emergency contact information. MY PEA POD LLC reserves the right to deny enrollment based on capacity or program fit.

4. Fees and Payment

Tuition and fee schedules are provided at enrollment. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Withdrawal

Families may withdraw with notice as specified in the enrollment agreement. Refund policies are detailed in the agreement.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in Stark County, Ohio.
